Yard Visits
Register with us
To register as a veterinary client with KVS please fill in our online Client Registration form
or contact us directly on 07850 937530
to register your interest.
A member of our team will be in touch to complete your client registration.
We will need the details of your current
vet practice so that we can keep your
horses clinical records up to date and share
information where needed.

Standard visits are by prior arrangement.
We offer times to suit all from 9am-8pm
6 days a week, subject to availability. We can also provide urgent same day and emergency visits. For urgent care please call us.
Please note that we can only see registered clients for Veterinary care, but can offer a wide range of non veterinary supplies and non prescription medication to all customers.
Get Prepared
To make the most of your visit, please make sure that your horse is somewhere safe and secure to be examined. A clean, firm, flat surface, access to fresh water & lighting are helpful but not essential.
You may need to hold your horse for part of the check-up. If you are unable to do so, then please let us know in advance.
Follow ups
Should your horse need a follow up visit this can be arranged with our vet directly.
Please note that visit availability can be limited and we recommend booking giving as much notice as possible.
For check ups, vaccinations and parasite treatments we offer an optional reminder service by text or email and can even provide calendar stickers on request.
Payment
Payment is by BACS, cheque or cash. Invoices for our services will be sent by email following your visit.
In some circumstances payment may be required prior to your visit or medication supply, otherwise payment is due on the invoice date. If you have any questions relating to your invoice please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
